ALABAMA CRASH KILLS 5 PERSONS.

Decatur, Ala. (AP) - A trailer-truck and a car smashed head-on, killing the five persons in the auto. The collision wiped out a family of four and a relative.
The collision occurred on a section of Alabama Highway 20, which is being enlarged from two to four lanes. The impact crushed the car and knocked it 98 feet.
A wrecker was needed to remove four of the victims.
The truck driver, Charles J. Eastwood, 25, of Cape Girardeau, Mo., was not hurt.
The dead:
DONALD R. CLEMENTS, 22;
JOHN G. SANDERSON, 31;
his wife, OPAL SANDERSON, 31;
a daughter, KAREY SANDERSON, 8;
and a son, JOHNNY SANDERSON, 4.
All lived in Birmingham.
