FATHER, MOTHER AND CHILDREN FROZEN.

St. Louis, Jan. 28. -- A special to the Scripps-McRea Press association from Little Rock, Ark., says that a family named NORTON, consisting of father, mother and three children, are reported to have frozen to death in their home near Mt. Ida, Montgomery County, Ark.
That section of the state has suffered lower temperature during the past few days than ever known.
