SIX DIE IN CRASH NEAR LIVERMORE; ONE GIRL SURVIVES.

Livermore (UP) - Six persons from two families were killed yesterday in a head-on collision between two automobiles on U.S. Highway 50 east of here.
Dead were:
Lt. Col. CLARENCE E. FISHER, 39, Altamont Pass stationed at Castle Air Force Base near Merced;
his wife, FAYE, 32;
their 10-year-old son RAY;
and their infant child;
PAUL F. LOCKETT, 40, Hayward;
and his wife, PAULINE, 32.
Only survivor of the crash was TERRY FISHER, 9, who was taken to Parks Air Force Base Hospital with major injuries.
The California Highway Patrol said that the car driven by Lockett apparently crossed the center line on the highway and crashed head-on into the Fisher car.
