CARS PILE UP IN WRECK
Two Killed and Three Injured in Accident on Big
Four.
Cincinnati, Oct. 25.-Two men were killed and
three others seriously injured when an engine of
a freight train exploded while running at full
speed on the Big Four railroad near Gano
station, twenty-five miles north of here. Six
cars of the train piled on top of the wrecked
engine and several thousand dollars' worth of
freight was destroyed in the fire that followed.
The entire train was derailed.
The dead are: OSCAR
PRICE, engineer, Springfield, O.;
CHARLES WYCOFF, engineer, Middletown,
O. The injured are:
HARRY GOBB, head brakeman, Reading,
O.; CLAUDE MOCH, fireman,
Springfield, O.; HARRY
JONES, conductor, Cincinnati. Both
engineers who were killed were married and had
families.
