I. G. Cook's hotel, at Emporium, Cameron county, was destroyed by fire last
Thursday evening. Loss, $10,000; insurance $5,000. Several other
buildings were slightly damaged, and considerable furniture was destroyed in
moving, involving an additional loss of $2,000.
