Collinsville, IL Auto And Bus Collision, Mar 1926
AUTO COLLIDED WITH BUS, ONE MAN KILLED.
Collinsville, Ill., March 15. -- (By United Press) --
One man was killed, his two sons seriously injured and two other men hurt when the car in which they were riding crashed last night with a motor bus.
The dead man is WILLIAM RAMSHAW, 30, driver of the car. His sons, WILLIAM, JR., 19, received serious internal injuries and THOMAS, 6, a fractured skull. At the hospital at Highland to which they were taken, it was said today, however, that both would recover.
RICHARD LLEWELLYN, 30, received possible internal injuries but his condition is not serious.
GEORGE RABER had both legs broken. Passengers in the bus, belonging to the Red Line Motor company, enroute from Collinsville to Greenville were severely shaken.
