TRAIN HITS AUTO NEAR CHAMPAIGN, THREE WOMEN KILLED.

Champaign (AP) - Three women were killed Monday night when an Illinois Central stream-liner slammed into their auto during a heavy snowstorm.
Dead were:
MRS. EVERETT MOORE, 37, Tuscola, driver of the auto;
and her two passengers, MRS. BETTY LEWIS, 20, and PHYLLIS SMITH, 16, both of Villa Grove.
State police said the accident happened in Pesotum, 15 miles south of Champaign, when MRS. MOORE apparently failed to see either the speeding City of Miami streamliner or red warning lights at the crossing.
The car was demolished and was swept along the tracks by the northbound train headed for Chicago.
