BARRINGTON CRASH KILLS FOUR PERSONS.

Barrington - (UP) - Four persons, including a six-month-old baby, were killed Thursday when a truck loaded with scrap metal flattened their auto against a utility pole.
The truck driver and a five-year-old boy in the auto were injured. The impact tore down electric wires which had to be moved before the bodies could be extricated.
The truck was traveling on Ill. 68, a through highway, when it slammed into the side of the auto. The car was driving on Barrington Road, which has a stop sign at the highway.
Dead were:
ANNIE JACOBSON, 23, of Palatine, driver of the car;
TERRY ROTH, 34, of Palatine;
and two ROTH children, KENNETH, 9; and GALE ANN, six-months.
DENNIS ROTH, 5, was critically injured. The truck driver, LEONARD TYSON, 31, Chicago, was less seriously injured.
