Geneva, Ind., March 29.-Twelve persons were dead today and a few were believed fatally injured, the toll of the tornado which swept Geneva and the surrounding territory last night.

It was thought that further reports and clearing of the debris would bring the death list to over 15.

Among those killed were two little boys, the sons of HARRY FIELDS. Their father suffered a broken hip and Mrs. FIELDS breast was crushed. ED ELMSPAUGH was expected to die today from a broken back.

Scores were wounded and buildings in the business section were laid flat on the ground just as if a gigantic steam roller had passed over them.
