THIRD BROTHER

To Meet Tragic Fate on Railroad Within Less Than A Year.

GROUND BENEATH WHEELS.

Greensburg, Jan 13 - Thos. King, a 16-year-old boy, was cut in two beneath a freight train in this city this afternoon. He was attempting to alight when his foot slipped on the ice-covered ground and his limbs and the lower part of his body slid over the rail under the wheels.

The victim lived in Newpoint and was the third brother in the same family to meet a tragic fate on the railroad within less than a year.

Last March his brother George was crushed beneath a freight train at Sunman. His oldest brother, Conductor James King was killed in a wreck at Batesville on December 12 (1905).
