Brazil, Ind., June 21.—One of the severest electrical storms in the history of the country passed over this city last evening. No less than a dozen houses were struck by lightning.

The house of BENJAMIN MONCE in the east end was badly injured by lightning. The bolt shattered all the windows, passed through the house, shattered the furniture and tore off one corner of the building. MRS. JOHN BERRYL, a neighbor, was rendered insensible and badly burned.
