A Milk Train Telescopes Another--Conductor Becomes Insane.

CHICAGO, Feb. 21.---Passenger Train No. 5 of the Baltimore and Ohio Road was telescoped by a milk train at Edgemore, Ind., twenty-one miles from here to-day. Michael Kelly, engineer on the milk train; James C. Baghitt, fireman and the steward of the dining car were injured, but not fatally. None of the passengers was hurt.

While the debris was being cleared away John Emmert, conductor of the milk train, suddenly became insane, and after being removed to the South Chicago police station it was discovered that he had a deep cut on his head, the result of being struck by a piece of iron. Emmert was standing on the platform of the first car when the collision occurred.
