THREE DIE IN BLAST.

Harlan, Ky., April 8.----(AP)---Three men were killed and five injured in the explosion of a saw mill boiler eight miles south of here today. Those killed were John Arrowood, 49, who operated the saw mill; Clay Carter, 18, and an unidentified youth.
