SUMMER HOTEL BURNED

Belfast, Me., June 8.--The large summer hotel at Fort Point, together with contents, was burned during the night. The house was unoccupied, except by Landlord Clark and the servant, who were at the hotel last night. Preparations were being made to open the house to the public on the 15th. The hotel was one of the largest in this section of the state. The total loss is estimated at nearly $70,000. The cause of the fire is not known.
