Conductor Killed at Keyser.

Cumberland, Md., July 11.----Lloyd Harper, aged sixty-five, one of the oldest freight conductors of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, whose home was in Brunswick, was hurled the length of his caboose to-night in the Keyser yards and his neck was broken. Death was instantaneous. A string of cars struck the caboose while being shifted.
