TERRE HAUTE WOMAN DIES IN MICHIGAN CRASH THAT KILLS 6.

A Terre Haute woman was among six killed Sunday in a head-on auto collision near Ann Arbor, Mich.
HARRIETT I. KEYES, 47, was one of five people in a car that collided with a vehicle traveling east on a westbound lane of Mich. 14 east of Ann Arbor.
The accident was discovered about 8:24 p.m. EST by a Washtenaw County sheriff's deputy. Minutes before, the deputy had to swerve his patrol car to miss the wrong way vehicle, a sheriff's dispatcher said.
The deputy chased the car, driven by 42-year-old JOSEPH P. McGUIRE of Paw Paw, Mich., and arrived at the collision scene to find all the passengers in both cars dead.
Killed were McGUIRE; BRYAN P. ROWOTH, 25, Toledo, Ohio, driver of the second car; and passengers AMBER L. ROWOTH, 27, Toledo; JAMES M. BLACKWELL, 19, Irvington, N.J.; MS. KEYES; and an unidentified boy about 4 years old.
