Does anyone know of an online

Does anyone know of an online list of all who lost their lives in this wreck? I want to see if my wife's uncle died in this or a different train wreck.

TRAIN WRECK 1951 WOODBRIDGE N.J.

MY FATHER JOSEPH GUZZO FROM ISELIN N.J.WENT TO THE SCENE OF THE WRECK, AND VOLUNTEERED TO HELP, HE TOLD ME HE DRAGGED OUT BODIES AND INJURED PEOPLE, AT THE TIME I COULDN`T DO THAT, I WAS 10 AT THE TIME, I WILL NEVER FORGET THAT DISASTER

"Not Dead Yet"

My grandfather, John Murphy of Atlantic Highlands, was on this train. His family was informed that he was killed in the accident. His wallet had been found under a dead man. However, my grandfather had only been slightly injured and escaped the wreckage. He was treated and made his way home that night surprising his grieving "survivors."

Another casualty

Russell Wilder, also of of 310 Bendermere, Interlaken died as a result of injuries sustained in the crash. He died later that same day in St. Peter's Hospital, New Brunswick.

Child of one killed at Woodbridge

My father was Joseph Francis Shine and he perished in the wreck, leaving behind a wife and four children.

The Woodbridge train wreck

The Woodbridge train wreck occurred on February 6, 1951 in Woodbridge, New Jersey when a train derailed crossing a temporary wooden trestle, killing 85 people. It is the third worst train disaster in American history, and the deadliest since 1918.
