Thrown From Her Wheel and Drowned

At Garrison-on-the-Hudson, N.Y., SUSAN DURYEA, the twelve-year-old grand-daughter of SAMUEL SLOAN, President of the Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroad, lost her life by an accident. She was riding her bicycle, lost control of it and was thrown headlong into a small pond, which only a few days ago and been deepened. She was drowned.
