Airplane Lands On Its Nose in Apple Orchard

A biplane flown by Robert Dinsmore Huntington, brother of Mrs. Vincent Astor, hit the earth when it crashed in an apple orchard in the Dix Hill section of South Huntington, Long Island. Mr. Huntington's jaw was badly cut and he lost several teeth.
