Guthrie, Ok., Jan. 19.---C. G. Schultz, an engineer on the Rock Island main line through Oklahoma, was held to the Grand Jury today at Pond Creek as being responsible for the death of Wiley Miller, who was killed in a freight car on a siding at Pond Creek on the 10th inst.
The Coroner's jury made an investigation and was convinced that the engine operated by Schultz struck the car in switching with such force as to cause Miller's death.
