Crossing Accident Costs Boy One Leg

HARLINGEN, Sept. 1--Guadalupe Garza, 10-year-old San Benito boy had his right leg cut off at the knee when he was run over by a train early Monday morning.
The boy had been to deliver milk at the home of Sixto Juarez and was just returning to his own home when the accident took place. He evidently did not see the approaching train.
The boy, who is the son of Manuel Garza, was taken to the Valley Baptist hospital for treatment.
The accident occurred in the industrial section of San Benito.
