Man Severely Burned As Gas Tank Explodes

Charles Russell, 50, of 1604 Chestnue, is at Parkland Hospital suffering from severe burns of his right leg and body when gasoline in the tank of an automobile he was working on exploded. Russell was using an acetylene torch to cut an axle when the explosion occurred.
