Incendiarism in Texas.
GALVESTON, TEXAS, Oct. 26—A special dispatch to the News from Eagle Pass says the store and residence of Mrs. A. Burks were burned yesterday morning. The loss is estimated at from $8,000 to $10,000; insurance $3,000.

Store and Dwelling Burned.
EAGLE PASS, October 25.—The store and dwelling of Mrs. A. Burks was burned early this morning, the family barely escaping with their lives. Goods in the store and household furniture entirely consumed. The origin of the fire is unknown. Total loss estimated to be from $8,000 to $10,000; insured for $3,000.
