Flames Ruins Fine Engines and Shops Reduced to Ashes.--- Cause of Disastrous Fire Is Unknown

Teague, Texas, Aug. 26.---Fire this morning destroyed the Trinity & Brazos Valley railroad shops here at a loss of $500,000. The cause is unknown. Many fine locomotives were ruined and twenty acres of buildings were burned. These shops were the entire support of the town which was practically first founded when the T. & B. V. road built through this section.
