Richmond, VT Auto And Train Collision, Mar 1956

TWO KILLED AT VERMONT CROSSING.

Richmond, Vt. (UP) - Two persons were killed in a train-automobile collision here today.
Dead are JOHN BASSETT of Huntington and his daughter whose name and age were not available immediately.
State police said their car was in a collision with a Central Vermont Railroad freight at a crossing near Richmond Village Station.
The two were thrown out of the car which was pushed 25 feet before overturning.
