2 SW VIRGINIA MINERS KILLED IN ACCIDENTS.

Two Southwest Virginia miners lost their lives Tuesday in separate accidents.
HARVEY WILLIAM GIBSON, 47, of Dryden, was killed in a roof cave-in at the Bonnie Blue mine near St. Charles in Lee County.
ED HAYES of Pennington Gap was injured in the same accident and hospitalized at Knoxville, Tenn.
BEACHER C. BAILEY, 36, was killed in a motor accident at the Grover Turner No. 2 mine near Cleveland in Russell County. He got off to uncouple a car and was crushed against a mine wall. He died en route to a Dante hospital.
