EVERY BUSINESS HOUSE IN VILLAGE DESTROYED.
Roanoke, Va., Jan. 7. -- A message from Mayor WADDELL of Bramwell, W. Va., says fire has destroyed twenty-one buildings in that town and that the estimated loss is over $200,000. Every business house has been burned. The town is under martial law.
The Pocahontas Fire Department and the Norfolk & Western Railway Company sent help to fight the fire, and it is now under control.
