Special Telegram to the Inter-Ocean.

JANESVILLE, Wis., Feb. 23. - A fire in this city, last evening, destroyed the Union House, a German hotel, owned and kept by a German named Antoine; also several barns. Three dwellings narrowly escaped. The loss is estimated at $8,000 or $10,000, with no insurance. The fire is supposed to have been the work of an incendiary.
