Claimed His Brother's Body.

Attorney Frank Barker, of Clinton, Iowa, yesterday visited the morgue and claimed the body of Leroy Barker, the fireman on the "L" road who was killed Sunday. He said Leroy was his brother. A jury was sworn in and viewed the remains, but the inquest was postponed until tomorrow because no witnesses were present. Mr. Barker was given permission to remove the remains, and last night started for Clinton with them.
