Moberly, MO Head On Auto Crash, Sep 1956

CAR CRASH KILLS FIVE MISSOURIANS.

Moberly, Mo., Sept. 16 (AP) - Five persons were killed and five injured, four critically, in a head-on auto collision on U.S. highway 24 six miles west of here today.
The dead and injured were all Missourians.
The Highway Patrol identified the dead as:
GEORGE ED PERKINS, 35, Salisbury, driver of one car;
WILLIAM RUSH KITCHEN, 50, Huntsville driver of the other auto;
ANNA VIRGINIA BLAKE, 24, Salisbury;
BENJAMIN CARSTON, 35, Salisbury;
and IDILLIA JONES, 70, Huntsville.
Reported in critical condition here were INES JACKSON, Salisbury; LAURA KITCHEN; JAMES DAVIS, 38; and NANCY MAE DAVIS, 36; all of Huntsville.
Vydilla Davis, Huntsville, was treated for minor injuries and released.
